Inventory Financing
Inventory Financing allows a lender to advance cash against the inventory held by a business. It is important for the value of the inventory to remain somewhat constant throughout the year.
The loans can be made against inventory that is warehoused or in transit. Some lenders can offer both inventory financing and purchase order financing under one roof.
Capital and More Group Inc. can arrange Inventory Financing requests ranging from $50,000.00 to $10,000,000.00.
The typical advances are usually the lesser of 50% of cost or 75% of the net liquidation value as determined by an independent appraisal firm and are generally capped at 100% of the eligible accounts receivable.
Recipients of inventory financing are required to maintain an accounts receivable factoring or accounts receivable financing relationship with an asset based financing company.
